DIY Maps
From the site's description:
Visualize your information. Plot data on a state map. Create a geographic interface.
DIY Map is a clickable, zooming map written in Flash and colored by data from an external text file.
The external data file makes it easy to customize and update state colors, add points, and use the same Flash file many times in the same Web page with different data sets.
This app builds a custom Flash map to host and display on your own site, using data loaded from a simple XML file. The site offers downloadable templates for individual countries and the world and allows a few different visualizations.
It's free for personal, educational or non-profit use, and $20 for commercial outlets.
